Internal Audit helps the organization achieve its objectives by providing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal control, risk management, and governance processes.

Our Internal Audit Talent Program will give you a global view of the bank, with a special focus on auditing technology risks, a key area for supporting the organization's digital transformation.

In an increasingly digital environment, technology is at the center of how we operate, protect information, manage data, prevent risks, and deliver better solutions to our clients. From Internal Audit, you will have the opportunity to understand how these processes work from the inside and contribute to making them safer, more robust, and more efficient.

Over the course of one year, you will have the opportunity to train and develop alongside a team of highly experienced specialists who will focus on your learning and professional growth.

• A professional immersion in our Internal Audit team, participating in projects related to technology risks, cybersecurity, data management and processing, information systems, process outsourcing, and controls associated with the bank's technology. You will work in a dynamic environment with a cross-functional view of processes, platforms, and risks, learning how technology sustains the daily operations of a global financial institution.
• Specialized postgraduate training in Auditing with CUNEF University.

The internship will be remunerated and will include a financial study allowance. Additionally, you will have free access to facility services and the cafeteria.

You will also become part of our Talent Wave, a network of contacts made up of people who have shared this same experience, with whom you can exchange insights and participate in various events throughout the year.

Start date will be at the end of September 2026, and the program will last one year.

• Final-year students or recent graduates of bachelor's or master's degrees in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar fields.
• We will also value profiles with an interest in technology, cybersecurity, data, information systems, risk management, and the financial environment.
• English level of B2 or above.
• We are looking for people with analytical skills, rigor in drawing conclusions, high motivation and commitment, a collaborative spirit, adaptability, learning ability, an interest in technology, and ease of working in a team.

• Una inmersión profesional en nuestro equipo de Auditoría Interna, participando en proyectos vinculados a riesgos tecnológicos, ciberseguridad, gestión y tratamiento de datos, sistemas de información, externalización de procesos y controles asociados a la tecnología del banco.Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico, con una visión transversal de procesos, plataformas y riesgos, aprendiendo cómo la tecnología sostiene la operativa diaria de una entidad financiera global.
• Una formación de posgrado especializada en Auditoría con la universidad CUNEF.

La beca será remunerada y contará con una ayuda económica al estudio. Además, tendrás acceso a los servicios de las instalaciones y al comedor de forma gratuita.

También formarás parte de nuestra Talent Wave, una red de contactos integrada por personas que han vivido esta misma experiencia, con la que podrás compartir aprendizajes y participar en diferentes eventos durante el año.

La incorporación tendrá lugar a finales de septiembre de 2026 y el programa tendrá una duración de un año.

• Estudiantes de último curso o recién titulados/as de grado o posgrado en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar.
• Valoraremos también perfiles con interés por la tecnología, la ciberseguridad, los datos, los sistemas de información, la gestión de riesgos y el entorno financiero.
• Nivel de inglés igual o superior a B2.
• Buscamos personas con capacidad analítica, rigor en la obtención de conclusiones, alta motivación y compromiso, espíritu de colaboración, adaptabilidad, capacidad de aprendizaje, interés por la tecnología y facilidad para trabajar en equipo.
