Join us as a Senior Associate leading downstream planning at the plant level. You will manage production schedules, optimize supply chain performance, and ensure we deliver products on time and to specification, all while driving continuous improvement. What will you do? Manage the Master Production Schedule to ensure accurate forecasting of workload and capacity. Drive lead time reduction through Value Stream Mapping and actionable improvement plans.
