What you'll do

🔹Team supervision:

- Be the point of reference between the team and management.

- Filter and resolve minor conflicts, preventing minor issues from reaching management.

- Check the daily status of each team member's tasks and report a weekly summary.

🔹After-sales and workshop management:

- Supervise and carry out after-sales tasks

- Enter and update incidents in the ERP. Manage and track spare parts (local, EU, and China).

- Close monitoring and control of key customers.

- Digital spare parts registration.

- Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement them in administrative and after-sales processes.

- Ensure all administrative, commercial, and technical procedures are followed according to company standards.

🔹Coordination with other departments:

- Supervise and support commercial and administrative tasks, ensuring the processes in these departments are carried out correctly.
