After-sales service advisor (Motorcycles)

Akaimoto, official HONDA dealer, part of the Automotive Business Unit of the Moventia Group, is looking to hire for its facilities in Sant Boi de Llobregat,

You will be responsible for organizing the workshop reception, providing an initial diagnosis of faults, and planning vehicle reception based on workshop capacity. You will also be responsible for the commercial management of the workshop section, in repair and maintenance, as well as in the sale of accessory products and services.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that work in after-sales service runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining order and cleanliness in operations.

• You will attend to customers throughout the entire process, offering excellent service quality.

• You will be in charge of monitoring vehicle delivery and final control.

• You will coordinate with the rest of the after-sales areas to offer an excellent overall service, boosting the commercialization of the different products and services in the after-sales area.

• Higher-level training (CFGS) in Automotive or similar.

• A2 motorcycle license and a passion for the world of motorcycles are essential.

• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in similar roles in a workshop or dealership.

• Excellent communication and management skills are essential.

• Quality orientation.

Akaimoto, concesionario oficial HONDA, integrado en la Unidad de Negocio de Automoción del Grupo Moventia, precisa incorporar para sus instalaciones en Sant Boi de Llobregat,

Te encargarás de organizar la recepción del taller, dando un primer diagnóstico de la avería y planificando la recepción de vehículos en función de la capacidad del taller. También serás responsable de la gestión comercial de la sección del taller, en reparación y mantenimiento, así como en la venta de productos y servicios accesorios.

• Te responsabilizarás de que el trabajo en el servicio postventa sea fluido y eficiente, manteniendo el orden y la limpieza en la operativa.

• Atenderás a los clientes durante todo el proceso, ofreciendo una calidad de servicio excelente.

• Te encargarás del seguimiento de la entrega del vehículo y el control final.

• Te coordinarás con el resto de las áreas de postventa para ofrecer un servicio global excelente, que potencie la comercialización de los diferentes productos-servicios del área postventa.

• Formación CFGS Automoción o similar.

• Imprescindible Carnet A2 de Moto y pasión por el mundo de las motos.

• Experiencia mínima 2/3 años en funciones similares en taller o concesión.

• Imprescindible buena capacidad comunicativa, de gestión.

• Orientación a la calidad.

• Posición estable y con contrato indefinido.

• Incorporación en sólido grupo empresarial en crecimiento.
