Sedgwick Iberia is seeking candidates with a degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics  and at least 5 years of experience to join the energy department.

As part of an ambitious talent acquisition project in the Energy Department in Spain, at SEDGWICK we are looking for professionals with a degree in electrical/electronic engineering and at least 5 years of experience in auditing or consulting related to electrical installations in generation, distribution, and transmission.

Your responsibilities 

• Inspecting damages  and conducting the necessary investigations to determine the causes and circumstances of losses occurring at electrical installations (generation, distribution, and/or consumer).

• Analyzing claims and quantifying the economic damages.

• Reviewing applicable policies and coverages.

• Drafting technical expert reports (in English or Spanish, depending on the client) individually or in collaboration with other areas of the company.

• Acting as the point of contact with all parties involved until the claim is resolved. 

• Meeting the service level agreements (SLAs) established by the client.

• Defending the expert report in court if necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in  consulting or auditing.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics.

• Advanced English level is desirable, along with strong professional competence.

• Analytical skills, project management, organization, and planning.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Experience in claims adjustment will be valued.

Sedgwick iberia selecciona candidatos titulados en Ingeniería Eléctrica / Electrónica  con al menos 5 años de experiencia para formar parte del departamento de energía.

Dentro de un ambicioso proyecto de incorporación de talento en el departamento de Energía en España, en SEDGWICK buscamos profesionales con titulación de ingeniería eléctrica/electrónica y con experiencia laboral de, al menos, 5 años en auditoría o consultoría relacionadas con instalaciones eléctricas en generación, distribución y transporte.

Tus responsabilidades 

• Inspección de los daños  y realización de las investigaciones necesarias para determinar las causas y circunstancias de los siniestros ocurridos en instalaciones eléctricas (generación, distribución y/o consumidor).

• Análisis de las reclamaciones y cuantificación económica de los daños.

• Estudio de pólizas y coberturas aplicables.

• Redacción de informes técnicos periciales (en inglés o español, según cliente) individualmente o en colaboración con otras áreas de la empresa.

• Interlocución con las partes implicadas hasta la resolución del siniestro 

• Cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio (SLA) establecidos por el cliente.

• Defensa del dictamen pericial en sede judicial en caso de ser necesario.

• Experiencia laboral mínima de 5 años en  consultoría o auditoría.

• Ingeniería Eléctrica/Electrónica.

• Deseable nivel de inglés alto, competencia profesional completa.

• Capacidad analítica, gestión de proyectos, organización y planificación.

• Capacidad de expresión oral y escrita.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en peritación de siniestros.
