Senior Transport/Cargo (Marine & Cargo) and/or Liability Claims Handler

• Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in marine cargo and/or public liability claims handling (essential).
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, particularly regarding public liability and cargo (goods).
• Proficiency in claims management tools.
• Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.

• Prior experience in claims processing environments.
• Knowledge of international claims.
• Minimum B2 level of English.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• End-to-end management of marine cargo and public liability claims.
• Opening, analysis, processing, resolution, payment/declination, and closure of files.
• Coordination and review of the necessary documentation.
• Communication with insurers, clients, surveyors, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
• Analysis of coverage and application of policy terms.
• Resolution of claims (payments/refusals).
• Management of recoveries from third parties.
• Monitoring and proper document management within the claims handling systems.
• Preparation of reports and administrative-technical support to the department.
