The role
Technical Claims Surveyor
Sedgwick Iberia is recruiting Technical Claims Surveyors qualified in Engineering or Architecture.
As part of an ambitious expansion project in Spain, SEDGWICK is looking for professionals with experience in technical lines claims. The professional must hold a degree in engineering or architecture or have at least 5 years of relevant prior experience as a claims surveyor.
What you'll do
Your responsibilities
- Inspection of damages and conducting the necessary investigations to accurately determine the causes and circumstances of claims.
- Economic assessment of damages
- Review of applicable policies and coverages
- Drafting technical expert reports, individually or in collaboration with other areas of the company
- Liaising with the parties involved until the claim is resolved
