Claims Manager - Travel and Credit Cards

We are currently looking for a Claims Manager – travel and credit card insurance.

Main duties: 

• Management of travel and credit card supplementary claims. 
• Coordination of documentation and handling of incidents. 
• Communication with insurers and clients. 
• Monitoring and proper document management of case files. 
• Resolution of claims (payments/rejections). 
• Recovery from third parties. 

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in managing travel and credit card supplementary claims. 
• Knowledge of general insurance regulations. 
• Proficiency in claims management tools. 
• Organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills. 
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

• Catalan is highly valued.

Gestor/a de siniestros - viaje y tarjetas de crédito

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a Gestor/a de Siniestros – seguros de viaje y tarjetas de crédito.

Principales funciones: 

• Gestión integral de siniestros de viaje y complementarios de tarjeta de crédito. 
• Coordinación de documentación y tramitación de incidencias. 
• Comunicación con aseguradoras y clientes. 
• Seguimiento y correcta gestión documental de los expedientes. 
• Resolución de siniestros (pagos/rechazos). 
• Recobro a terceros. 

Requisitos: 

• Experiencia previa en gestión de siniestros de viaje y complementarios de tarjeta de crédito. 
• Conocimiento de normativa general de seguros. 
• Manejo de herramientas de gestión de siniestros. 
• Organización, autonomía y buenas habilidades de comunicación. 
• Nivel medio alto de inglés.

• Muy valorable catalán.
