We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress for the CaixaForum Palma Restaurant. The selected candidate will provide support in our catering services and special events at the venue.

• Food and beverage service during catering and special events.

• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.

• Setting up tables in the space with the necessary tablecloths and items.

• Performing mise en place, i.e., preparing the work area with the necessary utensils to provide quality service to the customer.

• Checking that all beverages and food items needed for the service are available, such as opening wine bottles or preparing bread for the guests.

• Schedule: morning and/or afternoon shifts depending on events.

• Salary according to the institutional catering collective bargaining agreement.

• Permanent contract.

• Preferably trained as a Waiter/Waitress in food service, hospitality, or similar.

• Essential: at least 1-2 years of specific experience as a Waiter/Waitress in events/catering (hospitality, institutional catering, restaurants and/or events).

• Experience in customer service, attention to detail, and dynamic environments.

• Ability to work efficiently and manage one's own time in a fast-paced work environment.

• Schedule availability.

Buscamos un/a Camarero/a dentro del Restaurante Caixa Forum Palma. La persona incorporada dará apoyo en nuestros servicios de catering y eventos especiales del centro.

• Servicio de comidas y bebidas durante catering y eventos especiales.

• Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.

• Montar las mesas del espacio con la mantelería y los elementos necesarios.

• Hacer la mise en place, es decir, preparar el área de trabajo con los utensilios necesarios para poder dar un servicio de calidad al cliente.

• Comprobar de tener todas las bebidas y alimentos que se van a necesitar durante el servicio, como por ejemplo abrir botellas de vino o preparar pan para las comensales.

• Horario: mañana y/o tarde según eventos.

• Salario según convenio de colectividades.

• Contrato Indefinido.

• Formación preferiblemente de camarero/a servicio de sala, Restauración o similar.

• Imprescindible contar con un mínimo de 1-2 años de experiencia específica como Camarero/a de eventos/catering (hostelería, colectividades, restauración y/o eventos).

• Experiencia en atención al cliente, atención al detalle y entornos dinámicos.

• Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente y gestionar el propio tiempo en un entorno de trabajo frenético.

• Disponibilidad horaria.
