At Meliá Hotels we are looking for an Assistant F&B Manager for our hotel Meliá Palma Marina, located right on the Paseo Marítimo in Palma.

Mission of the position: reporting to the F&B Manager of the Meliá Palma Marina hotel, your mission will be to organize and supervise the activities of the staff under your charge to ensure quality in the service provided to customers in the hotel's restaurants and bars, in order to contribute to achieving its food and beverage ratios and the hotel's economic, quality, work environment, staff development, and operational objectives.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position at MHI in 4/5-star hotels.
• University education suited to the position (hospitality, tourism, or similar).
• Operational knowledge (buffet, à la carte...) and event management.
• Ability to foster initiatives for additional revenue in the department.
• Teamwork, planning, and orientation toward goals and the customer, as well as leadership.
• Flexible schedule.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced level of English. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.

En Meliá Hotels International buscamos un/a Assistant F&B Manager para nuestro hotel Meliá Palma Marina, situado en pleno Paseo Marítimo de Palma.

Misión del puesto: reportando al F&B Manager del Hotel Meliá Palma Marina, tu misión será organizar y supervisar las actividades del personal con el que cuenta para garantizar la calidad en el servicio ofrecido al cliente en los restaurantes y bares del hotel con el fin de contribuir al logro de sus ratios de alimentos y bebidas y los objetivos económicos, de calidad, clima laboral, desarrollo de personas y operativos del hotel.

• Experiencia mínima de dos años en posición similar en MHI en hoteles de 4/5*.
• Formación universitaria acorde al puesto (hostelería, turismo o similar).
• Conocimiento operativo (buffet, a la carta...) y en gestión de eventos.
• Capacidad de fomentar iniciativas de ingresos adicionales en el departamento.
• Trabajo en equipo, planificación y orientación a objetivos y al cliente y liderazgo.
• Flexibilidad horaria.
• Dominio del Paquete Office.
• Nivel alto de inglés. Se valorará positivamente conocimiento de otros idiomas.
