The role

CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS is looking to hire RECEPTIONISTS to work in our hotels located in the center of Palma de Mallorca.

What you'll do

The main tasks to be performed are as follows:

Check-in/Check-out.
Control and reading of room keys.
Rental of safety deposit boxes.
Cash reconciliation and handover to the next shift.
Responsible for everything generated during their work hours. • Incident management, but not resolution.
Luggage management.
Room changes.
Mail management.
Room sales.
Switchboard call management.
Management of bellhop staff under their supervision.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a similar position.
Studies in tourism.
High-level English + Other languages are valuable.
Customer orientation.
Knowledge of SAP will be highly valued.
