We are looking for a Cook for collective catering to join one of our centers in  Madrid Centro. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times.  

What you'll do

  • Plan, prepare, and present meals following menus and technical specifications.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for raw materials.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and HACCP records.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the work area and equipment.
  • Train and guide new team members in kitchen procedures.
