We are looking for a Center Manager to join our B&I team in Bilbao. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the center operates correctly in terms of service, budget, internal staff management, incident resolution, and customer service. 

What you'll do

  • Manage the operations of the assigned center.
  • Motivate and supervise the work teams under your responsibility.
  • Maintain close contact with clients and anticipate their needs.
  • Meet the objectives assigned to you, in accordance with the company's standards and the client company's internal procedures.
  • Incident resolution.
  • Oversee food safety procedures.
  • Manage selection processes for staff replacements and prepare staff schedules, while supporting management tools.
  • Strong focus on achieving objectives.

Requirements

  • Required training in hospitality and tourism, dietetics and nutrition, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in the hospitality, catering, or similar sectors.
  • Leadership and resource management skills, including raw materials, machinery, and personnel.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and applicable rules, ensuring product quality and safety.
  • Communication skills: ability to interact effectively with different departments, suppliers, and clients, maintaining clear and fluid communication.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle to commute to the workplace.
