What are we looking for?

We are currently looking to hire a Manager for Public Sector Consulting in Madrid to lead the development of technology projects for Public Administration.

Requirements

More than 6 years of experience coordinating services for Technical Offices managing IT Projects in the Public Sector
We are looking for professionals with STEM degrees (Senior Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Industrial Organization Engineers) or related qualifications, with at least 3-5 years of experience performing the functions described in some of the following project types:
- IT function transformation projects, software development projects in the public sector, and technological innovation projects.
- IT diagnostics and design of IT projects and digital transformation strategies.
- IT project management offices. Project Management Office (PMO), transformation, organization, and efficiency.
- Consulting on the rationalization, simplification, and digitalization of processes, procedures, and paperwork.
- Experience in implementing emerging technologies applied to public administrations is valued: Data, AI, RPA, Cloud, Quantum, etc.
- Leadership and strong relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to manage stakeholders and teams, and a track record of collaborating in multidisciplinary environments with a strong client focus.
Advanced level of Basque and English valued
