What will your challenges be as a Consultant?

• Analysis and solution proposals: analyzing information to execute solution proposals, which involves identifying needs, risks, and opportunities, as well as proposing alternatives and improvements.
• Project management: planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks, as well as ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting established objectives.
• Client relationship: establishing a close relationship with the client, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that add value.

What will make you succeed in this position?

• You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in business consulting (process reengineering, project office, and master plans), ideally in projects related to employment or social services, public policy, or business consulting for the public sector.
• Proficient use of the Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• You can participate in international projects, so you need an English level that allows you to work fluently in this language.
• Our work format is hybrid, so we need you to reside in Bilbao, although we are also open to you working from Coruña, Barcelona, or Madrid.

¿Cuáles serán tus retos como Consultant?

• Análisis y propuestas de solución: análisis de información para ejecutar propuestas de solución, esto implica identificar necesidades, riesgos y oportunidades, así como proponer alternativas y mejoras.
• Gestión de proyectos: planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de tareas, así como garantizar la calidad de los entregables y cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
• Relación con el cliente: establecer una relación cercana con el cliente, entender sus necesidades y brindar soluciones que agreguen valor.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

• Que tengas entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en consultoría de negocio (reingeniería de procesos, oficina de proyectos y planes directores), idealmente en proyectos relacionados con empleo o servicios sociales, políticas públicas o consultoría de negocio para el sector público.
• Manejo Pro del paquete Office, sobre todo Excel y Powerpoint.
• Puedes participar en proyectos internacionales, por lo que es necesario que tengas un nivel de inglés que te permita trabajar en este idioma de manera fluida.
• Nuestro formato de trabajo es híbrido, por lo que necesitamos que residas en Bilbao, aunque también estamos abiertos a que puedas trabajar desde Coruña, Barcelona o Madrid.
