Job Purpose: To coordinate and drive the operational implementation of the Group's strategic logistics projects at ITP Aero, ensuring the standardization of processes, monitoring of KPIs, and the homogeneous rollout of the corporate logistics model across plants. The role will be key in the transition to the new 3PL logistics outsourcing model, bridging operational warehouse knowledge with cross-functional coordination between plants, internal areas, and logistics providers.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of the Group's strategic logistics projects, ensuring milestone tracking.
  • Drive the rollout of the 3PL logistics outsourcing program across different plants, supporting the transition to the new operational model.
  • Support start-ups, transitions, or operational changes at national and international plants, ensuring service continuity.
  • Functionally coordinate local logistics teams and managers to ensure the homogeneous implementation of processes, procedures, and corporate standards.
  • Act as the liaison point for Group Logistics, providing support as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and efficiency in logistics flows, leading workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define, consolidate, and monitor project tracking KPIs and logistics performance indicators.
  • Contribute to change management associated with the logistics transformation, facilitating communication, coordination, and alignment among all involved areas.

Who are we looking for

Education: Degree related to Logistics, Operations, Industrial Management, or equivalent professional experience. Knowledge of industrial logistics processes, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, and project implementation coordination will be particularly valued.

Experience: Solid experience in industrial logistics, warehouse operations, or logistics services management, preferably in aerospace, industrial, or regulated environments.
