AI Operations Technician

The Operations Technician will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and executing initiatives in the consolidation phase of the organization. This is a hybrid profile that combines management and organizational skills with a general understanding of the technology and Artificial Intelligence fields.

• Support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of product projects and initiatives, ensuring visibility into progress, priorities, risks, and next steps.
• Maintain and update tracking structures based on KPIs, milestones, deliverables, commitments, and action plans.
• Carry out operational monitoring of assigned initiatives to ensure compliance with deadlines, objectives, and assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure the proper execution and closure of initiatives under their responsibility, guaranteeing the application of established procedures and adequate documentation of results.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, or deviations that may affect the development of assigned initiatives.

Support for internal process optimization

• Support the maintenance of procedures, tools, and methodologies that facilitate project management and monitoring.
• Support the documentation of processes, workflows, best practices, and lessons learned to ensure traceability and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in internal operations and contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and ways of working.
• Support the systematization of learnings derived from project execution so they can be incorporated into the organization's management and governance models.

Internal and external coordination

• Coordinate interaction among internal teams, suppliers, and external collaborators, facilitating fluid, results-oriented communication in assigned initiatives.
• Align the different stakeholders involved around priorities, responsibilities, dependencies, and execution schedules focused on results in assigned initiatives.
• Facilitate the resolution of incidents and the unblocking of dependencies that may compromise the progress of assigned projects.

Support for the Operations Management

• Act as support for the Operations Management in structuring, organizing, and monitoring initiatives.
• Prepare information, monitoring reports, presentations, and working materials for decision-making and coordination bodies.

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Industrial Organization, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in project management, coordination, monitoring, or execution, preferably in technology, innovation, or multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
• Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies, with experience in collaborative methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and PMP being especially valued.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail, order, traceability, and systematic monitoring of activities, deliverables, and milestones.
• Strong results and execution orientation, with the ability to drive the progress of initiatives, anticipate risks or blockers, and ensure compliance with commitments and deadlines.
• Sufficient technical background to understand technology and Artificial Intelligence initiatives, with the ability to interact with specialized profiles without needing to be a technical expert.
• Interest and curiosity in technology, Artificial Intelligence, and innovation, with a willingness to acquire new knowledge and adapt to changing environments.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating alignment among different areas, suppliers, and external agents.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external, fostering collaboration, follow-up on agreements, and resolution of incidents.
• Proactivity, autonomy, and anticipation skills, with a practical approach to identifying needs, proposing solutions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
• Advanced level of English to operate in professional environments and collaborate with national and international agents. Knowledge of Basque will be positively valued.
