Agent Repair Center/Fleet Manager (m/f/d) - Mallorca

We are selecting a Fleet Manager for our Mallorca branch, responsible for managing the maintenance (operational, technical, and administrative) of the fleet.

YOUR TASKS

• Control and distribution of the fleet at the branch during infleet/defleet and administrative management associated with the area
• Follow-up on repairs with approved workshops specialized in paint, glass, or upholstery, among others
• Management, continuous review, and resolution of issues for all vehicles in stock or in transit
• On-site appraisals (associated with buy-back campaigns)
• Review with suppliers of vehicle repair estimates and preparation/management of budgets
• Reading vehicle appraisals, comfortable with the use of computer tools (Gt Estimate / Audatex)

Mechanic & Repair

At SIXT, we use artificial intelligence tools in our selection processes. • Education You have studies related to Automotive and knowledge of appraisals and use of systems suited to the role (GT Estimate, Audatex, etc.)
• Fleet experience You bring experience in fleet management roles, workshop management, or service advisory
• Responsibility and autonomy You consider yourself resourceful, you like to add value, and you are comfortable with back-office tasks
• Analytical skills and results orientation You can interpret technical data and make decisions that optimize time, costs, and resources

TUS TAREAS

• Control y distribución de la flota en campa durante el infleet/defleet y gestión administrativa asociada al área
• Seguimiento de las reparaciones con los talleres concertados especializados en pintura, lunas o tapicería, entre otros
• Gestión, revisión continua y resolución de las incidencias de todos los vehículos en stock o tránsito
• Peritaciones en campa (asociadas a las campañas de buy back)
• Revisión con los proveedores de las tasaciones de reparación de los vehículos y realización / gestión de presupuestos
• Lectura de peritaciones de vehículo habituado al uso de herramientas informáticas (Gt Estimate / Audatex)

• Formación Tienes estudios relacionados con la Automoción y conocimientos de peritaje y manejo de sistemas acordes al puesto (GT Estimate, Audatex, etc)
• Experiencia en flota Aportas bagaje en roles de gestión de flota, jefatura de taller o asesoramiento de servicio
• Responsabilidad y autonomía Te consideras resolutivo, te gusta aportar valor y te sientes cómodo en tareas de back office
• Capacidad anaítica y orientación a resultados Sabes interpretar datos técnicos y tomar decisiones que optimicen tiempos, costes y recursos
