Do you want to join the world's leading premium mobility company? At SIXT, we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with a hybrid profile: someone who not only executes tasks but also leads. Your mission will be to ensure that our vehicle holding areas and preparation zones (washing, refueling, electrical systems, and access points) are always operational, safe, and in optimal condition, coordinating both the internal team and external suppliers involved in our daily operations.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will carry out basic maintenance of the facility's infrastructure: washing equipment, lighting, minor electrical repairs, and general adjustments, ensuring daily operability.
  • You will coordinate and supervise maintenance work performed by external suppliers (washing, tires, glass, smart repair, maintenance), ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards, and preventing improper use.
  • You will act as the operational manager of the vehicle holding area, controlling access, traffic flow, order, and cleanliness of all spaces and equipment.
  • You will coordinate closely with the Fleet team to ensure that infleet, defleet, and turnaround operations run efficiently and without interference.
  • You will supervise the correct use of products and materials (chemicals, sepiolite, retention tanks), ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • You will log incidents, prioritize their resolution based on operational and safety impact, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the vehicle holding area.
