Inbound Transport Manager

We are looking for a person for the position of Inbound Transport Manager, at our facilities in Real de Gandia, whose main duties would be the following:

• Organize and coordinate shipments with transport providers and freight forwarders.

• Carry out constant tracking of shipments from origin to final delivery, using ERP tools and systems.

• Maintain an up-to-date and detailed record of all shipments and their status.

• Monitor and manage incidents before and during transport.

• Seek alternative solutions and communicate them promptly to providers and the internal team.

• Maintain constant communication for the quick resolution of problems.

• Establish regular contact with transport providers and freight forwarders to ensure compliance with requirements and deadlines.

• Confirm shipment details and manage necessary changes with providers.

• Review the corresponding dashboard to identify the number of available containers.

• Agree with the Logistics department on the day and time of delivery of the goods.

• Vocational training in International Trade
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions.

Buscamos una persona para el puesto de Gestor/a de transporte inbound, en nuestras instalaciones del Real de Gandia, cuyas principales funciones serían las siguientes:

• Organizar y coordinar los embarques con proveedores de transporte y transitarias.

• Realizar seguimiento constante de los embarques desde el origen hasta la entrega final, utilizando herramientas y sistemas ERP.

• Mantener un registro actualizado y detallado de todos los embarques y su estado.

• Monitorear y gestionar incidencias antes y durante el transporte.

• Buscar soluciones alternativas y comunicarlas oportunamente a los proveedores y al equipo interno.

• Mantener una comunicación constante para la resolución rápida de problemas.

• Entablar un contacto regular con proveedores de transporte y transitarias para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y plazos.

• Confirmar detalles de los embarques y gestionar cambios necesarios con los proveedores.

• Revisar el cuadro de mando correspondiente para identificar la cantidad de contenedores disponibles.

• Pactar con el departamento de Logística día y hora de entrega de la mercancía.

• FP en Comercio Internacional
• Conocimient medio en paquete office
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.
