We are currently looking for SPORTS SALES ASSOCIATES specializing in hunting/fishing or mountain sports to join our team, who dare to take action, are not afraid to make mistakes, and make decisions every day, who seek to grow in their craft to contribute to our company's purpose and satisfy each of our customers.

Requirements

Knowledge and Technical Experience

Mountain Sports: Deep knowledge of mountain disciplines, materials, and techniques (trekking, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, etc.), this being the main pillar of the experience.

Multi-Sport Experience (Hunting and Fishing): Practical knowledge, interest, or previous experience in fishing and hunting will be highly valued to complement the profile.

Availability and Schedules

Full schedule availability: Ability to work under flexible scheduling arrangements.

Working days: Full availability from Monday to Saturday.

Shift flexibility: Adaptability to work morning, midday, afternoon, or split shifts, according to the store's needs.

Contract Conditions

Working hours: Part-time (contract between 20 and 25 hours per week).

Duration: Temporary contract with an end date of October 18.

Location: Store located in Gandía.

Requisitos

Conocimientos y Experiencia Técnica

Deportes de Montaña: Conocimiento profundo de las modalidades, materiales y técnicas de montaña (trekking, senderismo, escalada, alpinismo, etc.), siendo este el pilar principal de la experiencia.

Experiencia Multideporte (Caza y Pesca): Se valorará muy positivamente contar con conocimientos prácticos, afición o experiencia previa en pesca y caza para complementar el perfil.

Disponibilidad y Horarios

Disponibilidad horaria completa: Capacidad para trabajar en régimen de flexibilidad horaria.

Días de trabajo: Disponibilidad total de lunes a sábados.

Indiferencia de turnos: Adaptabilidad para realizar turnos de mañana, medio día, tarde o partido (mañana y tarde), según las necesidades de la tienda.

Condiciones del Contrato

Jornada: Media jornada (contrato de entre 20 y 25 horas semanales).

Duración: Contrato temporal con fecha de finalización el 18 de octubre.

Ubicación: Tienda ubicada en Gandia.
