[Fashion] Sales Assistant 12h - Madrid Claudio Coello M/F

• Sales activity: Participate in driving sales and achieving monthly targets, ensure excellent customer service and follow-up, and oversee the opening and closing of the store.

• Store presentation and visual merchandising: Ensure product storage and implement commercial operations and displays according to merchandising guidelines, keeping the store clean and attractive.

• Inventory management: Receive merchandise, label and prepare items for sale, organize them on the sales floor, maintain inventory, and report any stock discrepancies to management.

• Brand ambassador internally and externally: Uphold the usual standards of courtesy and professionalism with both customers and employees.

• Administrative management and store organization: Ensure communication between the store and its partners (head office, suppliers, customers, security…), and maintain the store in good condition.

• Actividad comercial: Participar en el desarrollo de la cifra de negocio y en el logro de los objetivos mensuales, asegurar una excelente atención y seguimiento a nuestros clientes, velar por la apertura y cierre de la tienda.

• Presentación y merchandising del punto de venta: Asegurar el almacenamiento de los productos y la implementación de las operaciones comerciales y animaciones de acuerdo con las indicaciones de merchandising, mantener el punto de venta limpio y atractivo.

• Gestión de inventarios: Recepcionar la mercancía, etiquetar y asegurar los artículos a la venta, organizarlos en el espacio de venta, mantener el inventario, reportar cualquier anomalía de stock a la jerarquía.

• Embajador de la marca interna y externamente: Respetar las normas habituales de cortesía y educación tanto con los clientes como con los empleados.

• Gestión administrativa y organización del punto de venta: Asegurar la comunicación entre el punto de venta y sus socios (oficina central, proveedores, clientes, seguridad…), garantizar el buen estado del punto de venta.
