Sales Supervisor LAS ROZAS

Must reside in Ibiza

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our sales teams. As an ambassador of our brand, their main responsibilities will be the following:

Sales and stock:

Merchandising:

• Build a privileged relationship with the customer by offering a unique, high-quality service
• Welcome and assist our high-end clientele
• Build customer loyalty by offering tailored, personalised advice
• Meet set targets and grow the business by adding value to our products
• Follow the store's commercial guidelines and communicate them to the sales team
• Manage stock and replenishment orders

• Ensure our store always looks its best
• Ensure the sales floor and our products are presented in line with the commercial guidelines.

Estamos buscando a un/una Supervisor de ventas para incorporarse a nuestros equipos de ventas. Embajador/Embajadora de nuestra marca, sus principales cometidos serán los siguientes:

Venta y stock:

Merchandising:

• Crear un vínculo privilegiado con el cliente ofreciéndole un servicio único y de prestigio
• Recibir y acompañar a nuestra clientela de alta gama
• Fidelizar a nuestra clientela ofreciendo consejos adaptados y personalizados
• Llegar a los objetivos fijados y desarrollar la cifra de negocios valorizando nuestros productos
• Seguir las directrices comerciales de la sede y transmitírselas al equipo de ventas
• Gestionar el stock y los pedidos de reposición

• Asegurar un buen aspecto de nuestra tienda
• Asegurar la disposición de la superficie de venta y de nuestros productos de acuerdo con las directrices de la dirección comercial.
