Tech - Palo Alto Consultant - SASE - SD-WAN

Your mission will be the administration and evolution of Palo Alto Firewall solutions for clients.

• Handling requests and incidents.
• Management and optimization of cloud security solutions, Palo Alto Prisma
• Management, administration, and supervision of the platform.
• Analysis, monitoring, and management of security incidents
• Carrying out knowledge transfers and training for the rest of the support team.
• Coordinating escalations to the manufacturer.
• Evaluating the deployment or changes of new policies.
• Participation in incident response, collaborating with the team in charge.
• Participating in technology migration projects between manufacturers.

• More than 5 years of experience managing Palo Alto products.
• Experience analyzing and understanding different network architectures.
• Experience in administering Palo Alto Prisma solutions.
• Networking (Switching + Routing)
• Advanced knowledge of networks, firewalls, and security protocols
• Palo Alto Firewalls (NGFW, Panorama, Strata, etc.).
• Advanced network architecture.
• Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF
• Cloud knowledge valued (Amazon, Azure,...)
• Authentication systems.
• VPN SSL, IPSec.

Desirable:

• Other Palo Alto certifications.
• Other technologies related to SD-WAN (Fortinet, Check Point, Cisco, SonicWall, Sophos...)

• Higher vocational training or university degree
• Paloalto certifications (PNCSA or current equivalents)

• Required: Spanish and English

• Atención de peticiones e incidencias.
• Gestión y optimización de soluciones de seguridad en la nube, Palo Alto Prisma
• Gestión, administración y supervisión de la plataforma.
• Análisis, monitorización y gestión de incidencias de seguridad
• Realizar transferencias de conocimiento y formaciones al resto del equipo de soporte.
• Coordinar escalado a fabricante.
• Evaluar el despliegue o cambios de nuevas políticas.
• Participación en la respuesta de incidentes, colaborando con el equipo que se encargue de la misma.
• Participar en proyectos de migración tecnológica entre fabricantes.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia gestionando productos Palo Alto.
• Experiencia analizando y entendiendo diferentes arquitecturas de red.
• Experiencia en la administración de soluciones Palo Alto Prisma.
• Networking (Switching + Routing)
• Conocimiento avanzado de redes, firewalls y protocolos de seguridad
• Firewalls Palo Alto (NGFW, Panorama, Strata, etc.).
• Arquitectura de red avanzada.
• Protocolos de enrutamiento: BGP, OSFP
• Valorable conocimiento cloud (Amazon, Azure,...)
• Sistemas de autenticación.
• VPN SSL, IPSec.

Deseables:

• Otras certificaciones Palo Alto.
• Otras tecnologías relacionadas con SD-WAN (Fortinet, CheckPoint, Cisco, SonicWall, Sophos...)

Necesario:

• FP superior o universitaria
• Certificaciones Paloalto (PNCSA o equivalentes actuales)

• Necesario: Español e inglés
