WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TEAM?

In the MANAGED SERVICES & INTEGRATION unit of Telefónica Tech, we deploy and manage security services for end customers. Specifically, from the integration department and once the sales stage is completed, we are responsible for implementing and operating projects involving numerous cybersecurity technologies.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

Your mission will be:

  • Lead re-architecture and evolution processes for data protection solutions based on SealPath technology (encryption, access control, digital rights management - IRM/ERM).
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact with SealPath and other vendors, driving the adoption of new functionalities and improvements in data protection solutions.
  • Design and define document protection policy frameworks in SealPath (access permissions, automatic encryption, information classification), supervising their correct implementation by the administration team.
  • Define the data loss prevention (DLP) and document traceability strategy with SealPath, establishing the criteria and standards to be followed by the technical team.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes for data protection policies, evaluating their effectiveness and proposing optimizations that strengthen security without affecting user and client operations.
  • Define the data protection policy governance model, incorporating new functionalities from SealPath or other IRM/DLP solution vendors and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop architecture and design proposals for data protection solutions, defining the configurations and rules that guarantee the security of clients' sensitive information.
  • Supervise and analyze audit and traceability data provided by SealPath, preparing executive reports and proposing improvement actions.
  • Collaborate and maintain a continuous flow of information with the other involved areas.
  • Lead the response to data leakage or unauthorized access incidents, coordinating corrective and preventive actions with the involved areas.
  • Perform supervision, adaptation, and delivery of critical incident reports committed to the client.
  • Evaluate and drive the technological evolution of the platform, including new connectors, integrations, and data protection modules related to SealPath and complementary technologies.
  • Provide last-level technical support for complex escalations from BAU Operations, providing expert criteria for resolution.
  • Active participation in the definition of incident response procedures and in the transfer of knowledge to the technical team.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in the administration of data protection solutions (IRM/ERM/DLP), especially SealPath. Experience in large companies and/or sensitive information protection projects is highly valued.
  • Advanced knowledge in information classification, data encryption, and digital rights management (IRM/ERM).
  • Basic knowledge of information system architectures, cloud environments, and document repositories (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Fluent level of English for contact with vendors.

Education

Required:

  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.

Desirable

  • Certification or advanced training in data protection technologies, especially SealPath.

Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced knowledge of data protection technologies (SealPath, Microsoft Purview, Forcepoint, Digital Guardian, or similar).
  • Advanced knowledge in identity management, active directory (AD/Azure AD), and integration with data protection solutions.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation of protection policies will be valued.
  • Certifications related to data protection technologies (SealPath, CIPP/E, CDPSE, ISO 27001, or similar).
