Would you like to join a dynamic team and grow professionally in a leading company? We are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER AGENT at our offices in Valencia city center. 

What you'll do

- Answering calls to provide support to customers

- Processing customer requests

- Handling incidents

- Reporting cases that, due to their nature, should be brought to the attention of company managers
