Retention Call Center Agent, Banking Sector, Barcelona

From our company, we are recruiting for an important company located in Barcelona a  RETENTION CALL CENTER AGENT, BANKING SECTOR, BARCELONA

• Handling incoming calls - retention
• Customer service with cross-selling
• Managing a high volume of calls efficiently.
• Using several tools and systems at the same time.

• Temporary contract for 4 months, with a real possibility of continuity.
• Paid training after passing the 45-day probation period. Payment for the training, once the probation period has passed, will be €7.40 gross/hour.
• 30 hours per week. Shifts:
• 3 openings for the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• 1 opening for the morning shift from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Work on holidays and occasionally some Saturdays.
• Salary: €9.40 gross/hour (according to the Contact Center Collective Agreement).
• Immediate start.
• Location: ONSITE - Sant Josep (L1) and Av. Carrilet (L1) - Hospitalet de Llobregat.

Desde nuestra compañía estamos seleccionando para una importante empresa ubicada en Barcelona a  TELEOPERADOR/A DE RETENCION SECTOR BANCARIO BARCELONA

• Recepción de llamadas -retención
• Atención al cliente con venta cruzada
• Manejar un alto volumen de llamadas con agilidad.
• Utilizar varias herramientas y sistemas a la vez.

• Contrato temporal de 4 meses , con posibilidad real de continuidad.
• Formación remunerada tras superar el periodo de prueba de 45 días . El pago de la formación una vez pasado el periodo de prueba será de 7.40 b/h
• 30h semanales. Turnos:
• 3 vacantes turno de Tarde de 15:00 a 21:00h.
• 1 vacante turno de Mañana de 10:00 a 16:00h.
• Se trabajan los festivos y algún sábado de forma puntual
• Salario: 9.40 b/h (según Convenio Contact Center).
• Incorporación inmediata.
• Ubicación: PRESENCIAL - Sant Josep (L1) y Av. Carrilet (L1) - Hospitalet de Llobregat.
