Teleoperator (M/F) for call reception at a multinational company (Portugal and Spain)

• Switchboard call reception.
• Handling needs, questions, and/or complaints regarding services and products.
• Managing different tasks simultaneously: calls, email, sending communications, etc.
• Providing informational support and resolving questions.

- Employment contract with an initial duration of 1 year, extendable up to 3 years. Possibility of a permanent contract afterwards.

- 10 days of in-person training from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, selective and unpaid, with the option for a real contract. Training days: From 09/08 to 09/22 (09/11 is a holiday and there is no training).

- Salary: 39 h/week: €1,428.29 gross/month in 12 payments (according to the collective agreement).

- 39 hours per week on a split shift within the 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM timeframe. Monday to Friday.

- Contract start date: 09/23/2026.

- The work will be carried out in person at Carretera de Santa Creu de Calafell nº105. 08830 Sant Boi de Llobregat. Once the learning curve is overcome, there is the option for remote work.

• Atención centralita de la empresa.
• Atender necesidades, dudas y/o reclamaciones respecto a servicios y productos.
• Gestionar simultáneamente diferentes tareas: llamadas, correo electrónico, envío de comunicaciones, etc.
• Dar soporte informativo y resolver dudas.

- Contrato Fomento del empleo con una duración inicial de 1 año, prorrogable hasta los 3 años. Posibilidad posterior de realizar contrato indefinido.

- Formación presencial de 10 días en horario de 15 a 20 horas, selectiva y no remunerada con opción real a contratación. Días de formación: Del 08/09 al 22/09 (el 11/09 es festivo y no hay formación).

- Salario: 39 h/sem: 1.428,29 € brutos/mes en 12 pagas (según convenio).

- Jornada de 39 horas en turno partido dentro de la franja entre las 9:00 y las 20:00 horas. De lunes a viernes.

- Inicio de contrato: 23/09/2026.

- El trabajo se realizará de forma presencial en Carretera de Santa Creu de Calafell nº105. 08830 Sant Boi de Llobregat. Una vez superada la curva de aprendizaje, existe opción a teletrabajo.
