Your mission
We are looking for a passionate sales professional for an internship of at least 6 months to help us fight food waste in Spain by building loyalty with stores from large chains (Key Accounts) that save their surplus through our app. You will report to the Key Account Team Leads for Horeca and Supermarkets and play a crucial role in the development of our business and sales team.
Your responsibilities:
You will contact stores from large chains by phone where we have previously detected an opportunity to improve our commercial relationship (e.g., stores that have stopped saving their surplus through our app, those that have reduced the number of packs offered, or those with potential to increase their current number of offered packs).
You will have tracking dashboards to quantify the impact of your individual contribution (percentage of cases resolved satisfactorily, number of additional packs saved in the contacted stores, etc.).
We organize our weeks to telework 3 days from home (or in the office) and 2 days in the office. You will participate in and attend the department's monthly training, meetings, and activities.
Requirements
- You have experience in cold calling, preferably in a start-up environment or the hospitality sector.
- You enjoy working autonomously, are capable of tackling different initiatives, and can adapt to a constantly changing and ambitious work environment.

Tu misión
Buscamos un/a comercial apasionado/a para una practica de 6 meses minimo , que nos ayude a luchar contra el desperdicio de alimentos en España fidelizando comercios de grandes cadenas (Key Accounts) que salvan su excedente a través de nuestra app. Reportarás a los Key Account Team Leads de Horeca y Supermercados y jugarás un papel crucial en el desarrollo de nuestro negocio y equipo de ventas.
Tus funciones:
Contactarás telefónicamente con aquellos comercios de grandes cadenas en los que previamente hayamos detectado una oportunidad de mejorar nuestra relación comercial (p.ej. comercios que hayan dejado de salvar su excedente a través de nuestra app, que hayan reducido la cantidad de packs ofertados o que tengan potencial para aumentar la cantidad de packs ofertados actual)
Tendrás dashboards de seguimiento para poder cuantificar el impacto de tu contribución individual (porcentaje de casos resueltos satisfactoriamente, cantidad de packs adicionales salvados en los comercios contactados, etc.)
Organizamos nuestras semanas para teletrabajar 3 días en casa (o en la oficina) y 2 días en la oficina. Participarás y asistirás en las formaciones, reuniones y actividades mensuales del departamento.
Requisitos
- Tienes experiencia en venta fría, preferiblemente en un entorno start-up o del sector hostelero.
- Te gusta trabajar de manera autónoma, eres capaz de abordar diferentes iniciativas y adaptarte a un entorno de trabajo en constante cambio y ambicioso.
- Estás enfocado/a en los resultados y con ganas de superarte una y otra vez.
