As a Product Assortment Executive 📢 you will define and execute the assortment strategy by category and channel to maximize sales, margin, and turnover, ensuring brand coherence and alignment with key teams.

Responsibilities and opportunities: 📜

• You will analyze sales performance and assortment productivity to optimize the product life cycle and SKU-level decision-making.
• You will define the assortment strategy and model by category, channel, and market, ensuring brand coherence and strategic alignment.
• You will prepare the seasonal briefing together with the Category Director and oversee product development until final approval.
• You will define and manage the pricing architecture, mark-ups, and margins in collaboration with the Pricing team.
• You will carry out competitive benchmarking on a global level, integrating market insights and feedback from the countries.
• You will coordinate cross-functionally with the Go To Market, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to ensure proper execution and alignment of calendars.
• You will drive continuous assortment optimization, evaluating opportunities for improvement and rationalization.

What will make you succeed in the position? 🧐

• University degree in Business Administration or similar.
• More than 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• We are looking for a rigorous profile, with critical thinking and analytical skills.
• You should feel comfortable speaking English.

Como Product Assortment Executive 📢 definirás y ejecutarás la estrategia de surtido por categoría y canal para maximizar ventas, margen y rotación, garantizando la coherencia de marca y la alineación con los equipos clave.

Responsabilidades y oportunidades: 📜

• Analizarás el desempeño de ventas y la productividad del surtido para optimizar el ciclo de vida del producto y la toma de decisiones por SKU.
• Definirás la estrategia y el modelo de surtido por categoría, canal y mercado, garantizando coherencia de marca y alineación estratégica.
• Elaborarás el briefing de temporada junto a la Category Director y supervisarás el desarrollo del producto hasta su aprobación final.
• Definirás y gestionarás la arquitectura de precios, mark-ups y márgenes en colaboración con el equipo de Pricing.
• Realizarás el benchmarking competitivo a nivel global, integrando insights de mercado y feedback de los países.
• Te coordinarás de forma transversal con los equipos de Go To Market, Merchandising y Marketing para asegurar una correcta ejecución y alineación de calendarios.
• Impulsarás la optimización continua del surtido, evaluando oportunidades de mejora y racionalización.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en la posición? 🧐

• Grado Universitario en ADE o similar.
• Se tenga más de 5 años de experiencia como Product Manager.
• Tener un alto conocimiento en Excel.
• Buscamos un perfil riguroso, con pensamiento crítico y capacidad analítica.
• Que te sientas cómodo/a hablando Inglés.
