Responsibilities and opportunities

Workshop Tasks

Restorations and repairs of jewelry pieces.

Resizing and custom adjustments.

Customization and engraving of special pieces.

Meeting the established productivity standards according to the type of task.

Validation and issuance of delivery notes.

Management and ordering of materials (Raw Material).

Inventory control.

Maintaining the order and tools of the workshop.

Customer Service and Sales

Effective communication with stores and customers.

Advisory on customization and resizing of pieces.

Ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Participation in the sale of jewelry products and services.

We are looking for someone with manual skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach, who ensures an exceptional experience both in the workshop and in commercial advisory.

Tareas en el Taller

Restauraciones y reparaciones de piezas de joyería.

Puestas a medida y ajustes personalizados.

Personalización y grabado de piezas especiales.

Cumplimiento de la productividad establecida según el tipo de tarea.

Validación y expedición de albaranes.

Gestión y solicitud de materiales (Raw Material).

Control de inventarios.

Mantenimiento del orden y herramientas del taller.

Atención al Cliente y Ventas

Comunicación efectiva con tiendas y clientes.

Asesoramiento en personalización y ajustes de piezas.

Garantizar una experiencia excepcional a nuestros clientes.

Participación en la venta de productos y servicios de joyería.
