How you'll work

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday (inclusive).

If you are a meticulous person, results-driven, and passionate about jewelry, we want to meet you.

What will make you succeed in this role?

For you to enjoy this experience, we'd love for you to have experience in the world of jewelry, especially in restoration, customization, and resizing of pieces.

We are looking for someone with manual skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset, who can ensure an exceptional experience both in the workshop and in commercial consulting.

Responsibilities and opportunities

Workshop Tasks

Restoration and repair of jewelry pieces.

Resizing and personalized adjustments.

Customization and engraving of special pieces.

Meeting the productivity standards established for each type of task.

Validation and dispatch of delivery notes.

Management and requisition of materials (Raw Material).

Inventory control.

Maintaining order and workshop tools.

Customer Service and Sales

Effective communication with stores and customers.

Advising on customization and resizing of pieces.

Ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.

Participation in the sale of jewelry products and services.
