What are we looking for?

🔹  Vocational training in Automotive, Logistics, Commerce, Administration, or similar.

🔹Previous experience in a similar position managing spare parts for trucks, industrial vehicles, or heavy machinery.

🔹Solid knowledge in the identification of parts, references, and spare parts management systems (preferably Renault Trucks).

🔹Proficiency in the use of warehouse management computer tools and digital spare parts platforms.

🔹Communication skills, empathy, and the ability to maintain professional dealings with customers and internal teams.

🔹Experience in official industrial vehicle dealerships and advanced knowledge of the Renault Trucks range will be valued.

🔹Type B driver's license.

About the position

💡 What you will do in your day-to-day:

✔️ Attend to and advise professional and private customers on original Renault Trucks and multi-brand spare parts, pieces, and accessories.

✔️ Handle ordering, reception, storage, and stock control of spare parts, ensuring correct management and inventory rotation.

✔️ Manage the processing of delivery notes, invoicing, and special orders using Renault Trucks' own computer systems.

✔️ Collaborate with the workshop and sales departments to optimize the flow of spare parts and customer satisfaction.

✔️ Guarantee the correct identification of parts using digital catalogs and manufacturer platforms.

✔️ Keep the customer and spare parts database updated, as well as the documentation required by Renault Trucks procedures.

✔️ Ensure the order, cleanliness, and safety of the spare parts warehouse, complying with current occupational health and environmental regulations.
