The role

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of the work according to the established schedule.
Organize and lead in-house teams and subcontractors on site.
Control the correct execution of the work according to plans, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Manage structural phases and subsequent coordination of finishes.
Supervise the execution in high-rise housing projects (80-120 units).
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Control performance, times, and reporting to the Site Manager.
Coordinate trades and ensure the correct sequence of work.
Detect and resolve site issues promptly.
Ensure order, safety, and achievement of objectives on site.

Experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction projects.
Essential experience in high-rise housing.
Experience in managing large-volume construction projects (approximately 80-120 homes).
Mandatory 60-hour occupational health and safety training.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and good handling of computer tools.
Ability to organize, lead, and coordinate teams on site.
Resolute profile, results-oriented, and focused on execution quality.
Availability to work in the Marina Alta area.
Type B driver's license.
