We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for Installations in the Marina Alta area with experience in project management and supervision. The selected person will join a stable project within a company in the sector.

• Major unique and residential building projects.
• Northern Alicante and Marina Alta.

Reporting to the Project Management, the selected candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning, organization, and comprehensive supervision of the assigned installation projects.
• Manage the technical execution of the works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and budget.
• Supervise the progress of the work in all phases of the project, identifying deviations and implementing corrective measures.
• Collaborate in the contractual management of the projects and in the processing of permits, licenses, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise the activity of subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Participate in the negotiation and contracting processes of collaborating companies.
• Carry out the economic monitoring of the works, controlling costs and optimizing resources.
• Lead and provide technical support to production managers, foremen, and operational teams.
• Maintain fluid communication with clients, ensuring adequate management of expectations and service.
• Provide technical advice to the team during the execution processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations.
• Prepare monitoring reports and project status reporting.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent technical training.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the management of installation works.
• Solid knowledge in the planning and execution of electrical, mechanical, or industrial installation projects.
• Experience in team management, subcontractor coordination, and personnel supervision.
• Knowledge in economic control of works and budget monitoring.
• Training and knowledge in occupational risk prevention.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and coordinate different project disciplines.
