About the position

Do you have experience in HR and OSH, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Barajas.

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ User knowledge of the Windows environment

✔️ Email management

✔️ Intermediate level of Excel and Word (basic Excel functions; "VLOOKUP". Word; creating and drafting documents with appropriate formatting)

✔️ Control of time clocks, working hours, absences, etc.

✔️ Communication of I.T. registrations/deregistrations to the agency, as well as internal processing of the same.

✔️ Communication of company registrations/deregistrations to the agency, as well as internal processing of the same.

✔️ Welcoming and signing new employees and students.

✔️ Support for OSH tasks; management of records, medical check-ups, training.

✔️ Direct employee assistance both in person and remotely; questions, claims, sick leave control calls, etc. Depending on the incident, providing a direct response or referring it to superiors.

What we offer

🎯 Contract: Permanent.

💰 Salary: €22,000 - €25,000 gross per year, depending on experience.

📅 Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:30.

💡 Lo que harás en tu día a día:

✔️Conocimiento usuario del entorno Windows

✔️Gestión de correo electrónico

✔️Conocimiento de Excel y Word nivel medio (funciones básicas de Excel; "buscar V". Word; crear y redactar documentos con un formato adecuado)

✔️Control de fichajes horarios y jornada, ausencias, etc.

✔️Comunicaciones de altas/bajas de I.T. a gestoría, así como tramitación interna de las mismas.

✔️Comunicaciones de altas/bajas en la empresa a gestoría, así como tramitación interna de las mismas.

✔️Bienvenida y firma de nuevos empleados y estudiantes.

✔️Apoyo a tareas de PRL; gestión de registros, reconocimientos médicos, formaciones.

✔️Atención directa de empleados tanto de forma presencial como telemática; dudas, reclamaciones, llamadas de control de bajas, etc. dependiendo de cada incidencia dará respuesta directa o la derivará a sus superiores.

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: Indefinido.

💰 Salario: 22.000€ - 25.000€ brutos anuales, según valía.

📅 Horario: Jornada completa de lunes a viernes de 9:30 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:30.
