📢 We Are Looking for You! We are looking for an HR and H&S Technician (M/F/X) in Barajas 📢

Do you have experience in HR and H&S, or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Barajas.

What you'll do

✔️ User-level knowledge of the Windows environment

✔️ Email management

✔️ Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word (basic Excel functions; "VLOOKUP". Word: creating and drafting documents with proper formatting)

✔️ Managing time clock records, working hours, absences, etc.

✔️ Notifying the management office of sick leave registrations/cancellations, as well as handling their internal processing.

✔️ Notifying the management office of employee registrations/deregistrations, as well as handling their internal processing.

✔️ Welcoming and obtaining signatures from new employees and students.

✔️ Support for H&S tasks: managing records, medical check-ups, training.
