We are hiring a teleoperator to make cold calls to sell telecommunications services to individuals, ensuring professional and customer-adapted attention in Galician/Spanish.

✔️ Making calls to potential customers (cold sales).

✔️ Advising on and selling telecommunications services.

✔️ Fluent communication in Galician and Spanish.

✔️ Detecting needs and closing sales.

🔹 Bilingual or native level of Galician and Spanish (spoken and written).

🔹 Requirement of 6 consecutive months in telephone or in-person sales of telecommunications or similar services.

🔹 Sales profile, positive attitude, and goal orientation.

🔹 Good communication skills.

🔹 Commitment and willingness to learn.

🎯 Selective and unpaid in-person training from 07 to 11/09 from 10 am to 2 pm.

🎯 Start date 14/09 INDEFINITE (PERMANENT)

💰 Salary: 8.78 euros gross per hour. Approx. 878 euros per month.

📅 25-hour workweek from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 3 pm. Possibility of increasing to 35 hours/week.

Incorporamos el puesto de teleoperador/a para realizar venta fría de servicios de telecomunicaciones a particulares, garantizando una atención profesional y adaptada al cliente en gallego / castellano.

✔️ Emisión de llamadas a potenciales clientes (venta fría).

✔️ Asesoramiento y comercialización de servicios de telecomunicaciones.

✔️ Atención y comunicación fluida en gallego y castellano.

✔️ Detección de necesidades y cierre de venta.

🔹Nivel bilingüe o nativo de gallego y castellano (oral y escrito).

🔹Requisito de 6 meses continuados en servicios de venta telefónica o presencial de telecomunicaciones o similares.

🔹Perfil comercial, actitud positiva y orientación a objetivos.

🔹Buenas habilidades comunicativas.

🔹Compromiso y ganas de aprender.

🎯Formación presencial del 07 al 11/09 de 10 a 14 horas selectiva y no remunerada.

🎯 Fecha alta 14/09 INDEFINIDO (ESTABLE)

💰 Salario: 8,78 euros brutos hora. Salario aprox 878 euros mensuales.

📅 Jornada 25 horas semanales de lunes a viernes en el horario de 10 a 15 horas. Posibilidad de ampliación a 35hrs/smana.
