What you’ll do:

  • After selecting target restaurants, you’ll proactively reach out by phone to their owners or managers. Your daily routine will involve cold-calling and follow-up calls to present TheFork’s products and services.
  • You’ll propose and sell TheFork ecosystem, which includes: promotions, advanced software tools, widgets for restaurant websites, and training and marketing solutions.
  • You’ll engage with restaurant managers to help them understand the opportunities, features, and benefits of TheFork Manager and our entire network.
  • You’ll follow up with prospects until closing deals and successfully publishing restaurants on TheFork and its partner sites.

Who you are:

  • Native-level Spanish + fluency in Catalan is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-driven individual passionate about setting and exceeding goals.
  • A customer-focused professional with a strong commercial mindset, strong influencing skills, and the ability to persuade and build commitment.
  • A high-performing professional with proven business development experience, preferably in B2B environments and the restaurant/hospitality sector, accustomed to managing short-term negotiations.
  • A dynamic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, independent work environments with excellent organizational skills.

Qué harás: 

  • Tras seleccionar los restaurantes dentro del alcance, contactarás proactivamente por teléfono con sus propietarios o gerentes. Tu actividad diaria consistirá en realizar llamadas en frío (cold-calling) y llamadas de seguimiento para presentar los productos y servicios de TheFork.
  • Te encargarás de proponer y vender el ecosistema de TheFork, que incluye: promociones, herramientas de software avanzado, widgets de reserva para la web del restaurante, y soluciones de formación y marketing.
