Your mission

Turn our marketing stack into a reliable machine.

Data that can be trusted. Well-connected tools. Automated flows that save hours. And experiments that drive revenue.

You will start by executing with your own judgment. Over time, you will lead the Growth Ops area.

What you will do

Data and measurement End-to-end tracking—events, conversions, UTMs, and attribution across platforms. Data integrity between HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other sources. Dashboards that the team uses to make decisions, not just to report.

Integrations and stack Connecting CRM, ad platforms, web, email, Vixiies, and ManyChat through automations, APIs, and webhooks. A clean, documented, and scalable stack.

Automations Lead scoring, lead routing, lifecycle sequences, audience synchronization, and internal alerts. Everything that reduces manual work and improves conversion.

Revenue proactivity Detecting leaks in the funnel before anyone asks. Proposing experiments. Setting them up. Seeing what works and scaling it. Prototyping internal tools without depending on the product team.

Qué harás

Datos y medición Tracking de punta a punta - eventos, conversiones, UTMs y atribución entre plataformas. Integridad de datos entre HubSpot, Meta Ads, Google Ads y el resto de fuentes. Dashboards que el equipo use para decidir, no para reportar.
