🎯 Responsibilities

• Marketing infrastructure: maintain and develop integrations with the Facebook Marketing API and Google Ads API, build new automations based on team requests;

• Analytics stack: write and optimize BigQuery VIEWs, build pipelines for marketing data, and develop a dashboard system for various departments;

• Landing page infrastructure: develop a landing page generation system on Cloudflare — from local code to production deployment via GitHub, with a full understanding of Workers & Pages, R2, D1, Queues, KV;

• AI automations: build Claude agents for the team's daily routine — creative analysis, ad platform guideline checks, content generation, and analytics alerts;

• Technical support for the team: handle technical requests from marketing, analytics, and creative teams, and build internal tools where they genuinely boost productivity.

🧠 What the process looks like

1. Initial Interview: a first meeting with the TA Manager where we discuss motivation, expectations for the role, and the context of previous experience. Behavioral questions are used to understand your work approach, responsibility, and decision-making style;

2. Test Task: a paid practical assignment, as close as possible to the team's real tasks, usually requiring 6–8 hours. We evaluate your approach, priorities, and way of thinking, not just the final result;

3. Technical Interview: a conversation with the CTO focused on practice. Real cases, typical tasks, and reasoning logic are discussed. No abstractions — only how decisions are made and what results back them up;

4. Final Interview: an in-depth interview with the CMO/CEO. We walk through key career milestones: achievements, mistakes, decisions, and level of responsibility;

5. Reference Check: the final stage — gathering feedback from previous colleagues or managers to confirm the overall picture.

⚙️ Requirements

Tech stack:

• 5+ years of Full-Stack experience with TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js + React/Next.js);

• 2+ years of experience in the ad-tech / affiliate / lead-gen domain (trackers, attribution, postbacks);

• Production experience with the Anthropic API (6+ months of daily use of Claude as an engineering tool) and the Cloudflare stack;

• Experience integrating with marketing APIs: Facebook Marketing API, Google Ads API, or similar — trackers, affiliate networks, ad platforms. OAuth, rate limits, webhooks, long-lived tokens, attribution, and postbacks;

• BigQuery / SQL at the level of independently writing and optimizing analytical VIEWs;

• Experience with agentic systems or workflow orchestration: Claude Agent SDK, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, or custom solutions.

Work approach:

• System design at a Senior level: justifying architectural decisions, understanding trade-offs, failure modes, observability, and cost implications;

• Autonomy and product ownership: not waiting for a spec, taking tasks through to production without hand-holding — we have no PM;

• Strong analytical skills: the ability to defend your point of view and make decisions based on data and metrics;

• Outstanding results in previous roles: backed by concrete metrics and achievements;

• Systematic thinking: the ability to think structurally, see the big picture while managing details;

• Fluent Ukrainian;

• English at B1 level: able to read API docs and write well-written support requests.
