Job Description

Unicorn Pro is launching a new direction in the Home Services niche and is looking for key specialists, who dream of building an innovative performance-based product, side by side with the strongest experts in their fields. This is a new vertical within Unicorn Pro, and for you it is a great opportunity to take a key role at the start of the project.

For key team members in Senior and Manager positions, a shares program is provided — a share of the company's profit and a share of ownership, allowing you to grow together with the project and truly own its results.

🦄 About Us

Unicorn Pro is a performance marketing agency operating in the US and Tier 1 markets and is one of the leaders in traffic volume in its vertical. We deliberately build a small team based on the The Right Few principle — where every specialist is a master of their field and has a high level of freedom to build processes according to their own vision.

We believe: strong results require the right people, not an inflated headcount. For us, team size is about speed, responsibility, and the ability to truly influence outcomes, rather than getting lost in processes and roles. This is how we build a new-format performance company: we don't chase scale, we scale each person's effectiveness. Technology makes this possible.

Location: Ukraine, Europe (remote).

⚙️ Requirements

  • Must-Haves:

    • 2+ years of experience in creating scripts for advertising video creatives;

    • Experience in Performance Marketing: deep understanding of the specifics of video creatives in this field and how to create a high-converting creative;

    • Experience promoting products to the US market: knowledge of the specifics of the American market to work with it effectively;

    • Strong analytical skills: the ability to defend your point of view and make decisions based on data and metrics;

    • Outstanding results at previous workplaces: backed by concrete metrics and achievements;

    • Systematic thinking: the ability to think structurally, see the big picture while managing details;

    • Fluency in Ukrainian;

    • English at C1 level: fluency in English to create content for international markets.

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in the Home Services field;

    • Experience in copywriting with a focus on marketing and sales;

    • Experience independently developing video creatives;

    • A high level of proficiency/familiarity with AI tools for video creatives.

🎯 Area of Responsibility

  • Coordinate a team of video editors (3-5 people);

  • Develop concepts for high-converting video creatives and write briefs/scripts for video editors;

  • Collect data on creative performance from the marketing team and analyze their effectiveness;

  • Establish effective collaboration and feedback exchange between the creative and marketing teams;

  • Write "selling" content for marketing funnels: landing pages and ad copy (secondary task).

If desired, you can independently develop video creatives, for which bonuses will be awarded just like for other video creators, but this is not mandatory.

We Offer

  • High fixed compensation and bonuses tied to results;

  • Paid vacation and sick leave without limits — we value impact, not presence;

  • A team of the strongest performers — an environment where it's easy to grow and hard to hide;

  • Full technical support for productive work;

  • Home office setup (after the probation period) or coworking compensation.

🧠 How the Process Works

  1. Mini-Research (optional, before the first stage): if you don't have examples of performance creatives (due to NDA or lack of relevant experience), we can offer a short research task: select 10 video creatives from open sources with a focus on performance;

  2. Initial Interview: a first meeting with the TA Manager, where we discuss motivation, expectations for the role, and the context of your previous experience. Behavioral questions are used to understand your approach to work, responsibility, and decision-making style;

  3. Technical Interview: a conversation with the CMO focused on practice. Real cases, typical tasks, and thought processes are reviewed. No abstractions — only how decisions are made and what results back them up;

  4. Test Task: a paid practical assignment, as close as possible to the team's real tasks, which usually takes 6–8 hours. The approach, priorities, and way of thinking are evaluated, not just the final result;

  5. Final Interview: discussion of the test task — a review of the approach, decisions, and logic, as well as any additional questions that came up on both sides during the process. This is the final alignment before moving to the next step;

  6. Reference Check: the final stage — gathering feedback from previous colleagues or managers to confirm the overall picture.
