Unicorn Pro is a performance marketing agency that works with affiliate dating products in the US and Tier 1 markets and is one of the largest partners by traffic volume in mainstream dating. At the same time, we deliberately build a small team based on the The Right Few principle — where every specialist is a master of their field and has a high level of freedom to build processes according to their own vision.

We believe: strong results require the right people, not an inflated headcount. For us, team size is about speed, responsibility, and the ability to truly impact results, rather than getting lost in processes and roles. That is how we are building a new-format performance company: we do not chase scale, we scale the effectiveness of each individual. Technology makes this possible.
