Unicorn Pro is launching a new direction in the Home Services niche and is looking for key specialists, who dream of building an innovative performance-based product, side by side with the strongest experts in their fields. This is a new vertical within Unicorn Pro, and for you it is a great opportunity to take a key role at the start of the project.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Creating a long-term plan for building a strong brand and the necessary technical infrastructure together with the team;

• Setting tasks for technical and product teams, coordinating and monitoring execution;

• Analyzing incoming traffic, building reports, and sharing them with the marketing team;

• Implementing solutions that increase traffic monetization, including CRO and improving funnel conversion;

• Independent research, idea generation, planning, implementation, automation;

• Managing the product team.

For key team members in Senior and Manager positions, a shares program is provided — a share of company profits and ownership, allowing you to grow together with the project and truly own its results.

🧠 What the Process Looks Like

1. Initial Interview: first meeting with the TA Manager, where we discuss motivation, expectations for the role, and context of previous experience. Behavioral questions are used to understand your approach to work, responsibility, and decision-making style;

2. Test Task: a paid practical assignment, as close as possible to real team tasks, usually requiring 6–8 hours. The approach, priorities, and way of thinking are evaluated, not just the final result;

3. Technical / Final Interview: a conversation with the CMO/CEO focused on practice. Real cases, typical tasks, and thinking logic are reviewed. No abstractions — only how decisions are made and what results back them;

4. Reference Check: the final stage — gathering feedback from previous colleagues or managers to confirm the overall picture.

⚙️ Requirements

• Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of in-depth experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner;

  • 1+ years of experience in the lead-gen domain for the US market;

  • Strong technical foundation for seamless interaction with the technical team (or a strong marketing / analytical background);

  • Strong data-driven culture;

  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to defend your point of view and make decisions based on data and metrics;

  • Outstanding results in previous roles: backed by concrete metrics and achievements;

  • Systematic thinking: the ability to think structurally, see the big picture while managing details;

  • Fluent Ukrainian;

  • English at B1 level: ability to work with documentation.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in Home Services / Home Improvement.

  • Видатні результати на попередніх місцях роботи: підкріплені конкретними показниками та досягненнями;

  • Вільне володіння українською мовою;

  • Англійська мова на рівні B1: можливість працювати з документацією.
