⚙️ Requirements

• Must-Haves:

  • Experience with Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain) or other relevant display traffic sources;

  • 3+ years of deep experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads: confident campaign setup and optimization;

  • Expertise in building full-funnel funnels;

  • Experience with analytics: we work with RedTrack / Voluum, but experience with other trackers is also suitable;

  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to defend your point of view and make decisions based on data and metrics;

  • Outstanding results at previous workplaces: backed by specific metrics and achievements;

  • Systematic approach: the ability to think structurally, see the big picture, and manage details at the same time;

  • Fluent Ukrainian;

  • English at B1 level: the ability to watch content, work with documentation, and build funnels.

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the dating niche.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Promoting dating products through Native Ads and Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, GDN, and others;

• Creating ad creatives independently and in collaboration with the creative team;

• Analyzing the market and competitors to find new approaches;

• Working with analytics (RedTrack, Voluum) and optimizing campaigns according to clear KPIs;

• Developing concepts and writing briefs for new landing pages;

• Building simple and complex marketing funnels.

🧠 What the Process Looks Like

1. Initial Interview: a first meeting with the TA Manager where we discuss motivation, expectations for the role, and the context of previous experience. Behavioral questions are used to understand your approach to work, accountability, and decision-making style;

2. Technical Interview: a conversation with the CMO/CEO focused on practice. Real cases, typical tasks, and thinking logic are reviewed. No abstractions — only how decisions are made and what results stand behind them;

3. Test Task: a paid practical assignment, as close as possible to the team's real tasks, which usually takes 6–8 hours. The approach, priorities, and way of thinking are evaluated, not just the final result;

4. Final Interview: a discussion of the test task — a review of the approach, decisions, and logic, as well as any additional questions that came up on both sides during the process. This is the final alignment before moving to the next step;

5. Reference Check: the final stage — collecting feedback from previous colleagues or managers to confirm the overall picture.

  • 3+ роки глибокого досвіду з Meta Ads / TikTok Ads: впевнене налаштування та оптимізація кампаній;

  • Експертиза у побудові full-funnel воронок;

  • Досвід роботи з аналітикою: ми працюємо з RedTrack / Voluum, але досвід з іншими трекерами також підходить;

  • Значні аналітичні здібності: вміння доводити свою точку зору і приймати рішення спираючись на дані і показники;

  • Видатні результати на попередніх місцях роботи: підкріплені конкретними показниками та досягненнями;

  • Системність: вміння мислити структурно, та здатність бачити загальну картину й водночас керувати деталями;

  • Вільне володіння українською мовою;

  • Англійська мова на рівні B1: можливість дивитися контент, працювати з документацією та будувати воронки.

  • Досвід роботи у дейтінг-сфері.

• Створення рекламних креативів самостійно та у співпраці з креативною командою;

• Аналіз ринку та конкурентів для пошуку нових підходів;

• Робота з аналітикою (RedTrack, Voluum) та оптимізація кампаній відповідно до чітких KPI;

• Розробка концептів і написання ТЗ для нових посадочних сторінок;

• Побудова простих і складних маркетингових воронок.

2. Technical Interview: розмова з CMO/CEO, сфокусована на практиці. Розглядаються реальні кейси, типові задачі та логіка мислення. Без абстракцій - тільки те, як приймаються рішення і які результати за ними стоять;

3. Test Task: оплачуване практичне завдання, максимально наближене до реальних задач команди, яке зазвичай потребує 6-8 годин. Оцінюється підхід до виконання, пріоритети та спосіб мислення, а не лише фінальний результат;

4. Final Interview: обговорення тестового завдання - розбір підходу, рішень і логіки, а також будь-які додаткові питання, які виникли з обох сторін за час процесу. Це фінальна звірка перед тим, як перейти до наступного кроку;
