About the role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Support Technician to join our Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide support for an infrastructure with more than 500 workstations.

What you'll do

  • Handle and resolve technical issues related to equipment, operating systems, applications, hardware, and communications.

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Windows, Linux, and macOS equipment and operating systems.

  • Manage issues related to networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi) and connected devices.

  • Document and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring efficient resolution.

  • Collaborate on projects to improve the technology infrastructure and support processes.

  • Provide support to internal users, ensuring an agile and high-quality service experience.

What we're looking for

  • Education: Higher Vocational Training in Network Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent.

  • Experience: At least 2 years providing technical support in companies with more than 250 devices.

  • Essential experience administering and supporting Apple devices and macOS systems.
