About the role

Valeo offers an internship program within the VPS (Valeo Production System) Area, where you will support the department in the following tasks:

  • Support in monitoring the 4M matrix: Help ensure that product or process changes are documented and prepared for customer approval.

Coordination and Suppliers

  • Supplier monitoring: Collaborate with the Purchasing team in tracking the schedule and collecting incidents or alternative proposals from suppliers.

  • Participation in reviews: Attend design reviews (internal and supplier) to learn technical validation criteria.

  • SQA support: Assist in support activities for supplier parts according to the quality RASIC matrix.

Project Management (Milestones)

  • Committee preparation: Support in preparing documentation and deliverables for the PVC (Project Validation Committee) and the Change Management Committee.

  • Sample validation: Help prepare the internal Initial Samples file for validation before presentation to the customer.

  • Process reviews: Participate as an active observer in the pre-FDPR and FDPR, helping to document detected issues.

Continuous Improvement (QRQC)

  • QRQC methodology: Participate in project QRQC meetings, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure the updating of convergence charts and KPIs.

  • Incident management: Collect detected issues weekly to keep the Single List of Issues (SLI) up to date.

  • Failure analysis: Support root cause analysis and QRQC opening in the event of validation test failures (DV/PV).
