Project Buyer Internship

We are looking for a motivated student to join our team as a Project Buyer Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the purchasing team, have the opportunity to learn about the purchasing process from request to delivery, and develop valuable skills in negotiation, supplier management, and data analysis.

Job Responsibilities

• Resolution and follow-up of supplier disputes

• Support in the analysis of indicators

• Tracking and creation of disputes in the SRM app

• Support in productivity actions for project buyers

Job Qualifications

* University student in the final years of a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
* Interest in the purchasing and procurement area.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Buscamos un/a estudiante motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo como Prácticas Project Buyer. En este puesto, trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de compras, tendrás la oportunidad de aprender sobre el proceso de compra, desde la solicitud hasta la entrega, y de desarrollar habilidades valiosas en negociación, gestión de proveedores y análisis de datos.

Responsabilidades del puesto

• Solución y seguimiento de los litigios con proveedores

• Soporte en el análisis de los indicadores

• Seguimiento y creación de los litigios en la app SRM

• Soporte en las acciones de productividad de los compradores proyectos

Cualificaciones del puesto

* Estudiante universitario en los últimos años de carrera en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Marketing o similar.
* Interés en el área de compras y adquisiciones.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Dominio del inglés y español.
* Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office.
