Requirements

What we're looking for

Student in the final year of their degree or a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering or similar. Business Administration and Management profiles will also be considered.
Interest in the engineering and purchasing area.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Purchasing Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

What you'll do

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a P1 Buyer intern. In this position, you will work in close collaboration with the purchasing and projects team. You will have the opportunity to learn about the purchasing process and to develop skills in negotiation, supplier management, and data analysis.

Job responsibilities:

Contacting panel suppliers, from the request for quotation to the nomination of the selected supplier.
Providing support to the projects team for the follow-up of the APQP process validation and audits regarding the process with the supplier.
Review of component design with suppliers.
Definition of the purchasing contractual framework for the series, during the project phase.
Providing support to the projects team to expedite any blocking event on the part of the supplier.
