About the role

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer to join our Corporate Legal Department. Your main role will be to collaborate and provide support to the legal department. This position will allow you to gain solid practical experience advising the Group's different companies and to develop professionally with a clear business focus.

Your Key Responsibilities:

What you'll do

  • Commercial, Corporate, and Contract Law: Support in maintaining corporate books, drafting Board and Shareholders' Meeting minutes, reviewing and filing annual accounts, and liaising with public registries (especially the Commercial Registry).
  • Notarial and Compliance Management: Coordination and contact with Notary Public offices for the execution of public deeds and minutes. Support in internal reporting and monitoring of the Group's internal policies.
  • Contractual Advisory Services: Support in reviewing case files, drafting and monitoring the execution of all types of commercial and civil contracts with a business-oriented focus.
  • Support in M&A Transactions: Assistance with corporate restructurings, reviewing due diligence reports, agreements for the sale and purchase of companies or assets, or transfer of business units.

  • Considered a plus is previous experience in or support for the following functions:
  • Public Procurement and the Public Sector: Support in planning, coordinating, and preparing offers for public tenders. Collaboration in drafting Risk Notes, resolving queries concerning the Contract Terms and Conditions, handling requests for information, signing agreements, and supervising performance.
  • Regulatory Analysis and Administrative Appeals: Tracking and reviewing national, European Union, state, regional, or local regulations. Support in preparing for claims and preparing appeals at both the administrative and administrative-court stages.

Valuable Skills:

  • Knowledge of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts with the Public Sector.

  • Previous Experience: Experience in law firms, Notary Office’s, or working in the legal departments of most groups, or with public authorities or bodies.

  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Spanish and English, French (valuable).
