About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager for Seville.

They will be responsible for the control and maintenance of all facilities and equipment at the WWTP and Advanced Composting Center, as well as the preservation of civil works in collaboration with operations staff.

What you'll do

  • Directly execute preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans for electromechanical equipment and facilities; as well as the management and supervision of work carried out by external companies, and regulatory maintenance.
  • Keep equipment documentation up to date and define maintenance ranges, and ensure that records relating to maintenance and the maintenance system are properly completed.
  • Define and monitor maintenance KPIs, and prepare any necessary maintenance reports (recurring breakdowns, replacement proposals, improvements, contingency action plans, KPI tracking, etc...)
  • Define and maintain a stock of tools, spare parts, parts and chemical products needed in the workshop and warehouse, and ensure proper recording of material inflows and outflows. They will be ultimately responsible for purchasing materials and spare parts for maintenance.
  • Complete the transition to digitalized maintenance management at the facilities, implementing the proposal defined in the tender.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards at the facility and with the management of occupational risk prevention for the people under their responsibility.
