Energy Technician – Bizkaia

Its Responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring and managing the energy costs of the buildings of the Port Authority of Bilbao.
• Daily operation of the various buildings through the monitoring of several SCADA systems and the taking of consumption readings and their detailed analysis.
• Daily monitoring of the correct operation of the SCADA and managing its maintenance with the developer.
• Report any excessive costs to the owner and suggest corrective measures.
• Prepare a monthly summary and present it to the owner.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the annual EVO type report.
• Identify and present to the owner cost-saving investments to reduce consumption.
• Building energy certifications.

• Competitive and negotiable salary based on experience.

• Schedule: 08:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00.

Operations & Maintenance

Education: Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (Specialty: Thermo-Energy Engineering) Completed studies.

Experience: Valued, but not required

Requirement: Handling or interest in SCADA systems, energy studies or related projects

Sus Funciones serán:

• Seguimiento y conducción de los gastos energéticos de los edificios de la Autoridad Portuaria de Bilbao.
• Conducción diaria de los distintos edificios mediante el seguimiento de varios SCADAs y la toma de consumos y su análisis detallado.
• Seguimiento diario del funcionamiento correcto del SCADA y gestionar el mantenimiento del mismo con el desarrollador.
• Informar a la propiedad de gastos exagerados y sugerir medidas para corregir.
• Mensualmente elaborar un resumen y su presentación a la propiedad.
• Colaborar en la elaboración del Informe tipo EVO anual.
• Estudiar y presentar a la propiedad inversiones que reduzcan el consumo.
• Certificaciones Energéticas de Edificios.

• Retribución competitiva y negociable según experiencia aportada.
