About the role

What challenges do we propose for you?

As part of the IB Department, you will ensure the technical feasibility of all draft beer installation projects, as well as the continuous optimization and innovation of the different installations for the assigned products (multi-business and multi-channel scope, SA. Damm), providing the best solution suited to each scenario. You will also manage the Service Companies dedicated to the Repair and Restoration of Refrigeration Equipment.

What you'll do

Your main duties will include:

Participating in draft beer installation development and innovation projects, both at a technical and design level, advising internal and external clients to ensure their technical feasibility.
Continuously updating all technical documentation associated with IB materials and processes (technical data sheets, drawings, etc.).
Managing technical approval procedures for equipment and components, as well as associated technical processes (e.g., repair and restoration of IB materials).
Ensuring compliance with standards and procedures by the different IB operators (Service Companies, Restaurateurs, Repairers, etc.).
Coordinating the work of the different departments that affect the fulfillment of the mission (sales, marketing, R&D&I, purchasing, etc.).
Ensuring proper installation at the different Horeca Traditional, GGCC Horeca, and Export clients (with special emphasis on Beerdrive and Autodrive) or other equipment of high technical complexity.
Providing technical and training support to the commercial team and IB operators (Service Companies, Restaurateurs, Repairers, etc.). Designing, developing, and optimizing the functional architecture of Business Intelligence processes.

Education & certifications

TRAINING

Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering / Technical Industrial Engineering.

What you'll do

Tus principales funciones consistirán en:

Participar en los proyectos de desarrollo e innovación de Instalaciones de Barril tanto a nivel técnico, como de diseño asesorando al cliente interno y externo para asegurar la viabilidad técnica de éstas.
Actualizar de forma continua toda la documentación técnica asociada a materiales y procesos IB (fichas técnicas, planos etc.)
Gestionar los procedimientos de homologación técnica a nivel de equipos y componentes, así como de los procesos técnicos asociados (ej. reparación y restauración materiales IB).
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas y procedimientos por parte de los diferentes operadores IB (Empresas de Servicio, Restauradores, Reparadores, etc.).
Coordinar la función de los diferentes departamentos que afectan al cumplimiento de la misión (ventas, marketing, i+d+i, compras etc.).
Velar por el adecuado montaje de las instalaciones en los diferentes clientes Horeca Tradicional, GGCC Horeca y Export (especial énfasis en Beerdrive y Autodrive) u otros equipos de complejidad técnica elevada.
Soporte técnico y formativo al equipo comercial y operadores IB (Empresas Servicio, Restauradores, Reparadores, etc). Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar la arquitectura funcional de los procesos de Business Intelligence.
